Why cant i downloaded a pdf

 · Sometime over the past couple of days I have lost the ability to download any files when browsing with Edge and I cannot open PDF files from within Edge either. Downloading just says bltadwin.ru couldn't be downloaded and nothing will fix it - yet I can download using IE or Chrome to the same downloads directory.  · But, I today was able to download my pdf bank statement as well as a pdf statement from one of my credit card companies using IE9. When I went to the credit card site and asked for my pdf statement, a small window from Windows 7, at the bottom of the screen, asked my permission to download the pdf file.
