Why cant i downloaded a pdf






















 · Sometime over the past couple of days I have lost the ability to download any files when browsing with Edge and I cannot open PDF files from within Edge either. Downloading just says bltadwin.ru couldn't be downloaded and nothing will fix it - yet I can download using IE or Chrome to the same downloads directory.  · But, I today was able to download my pdf bank statement as well as a pdf statement from one of my credit card companies using IE9. When I went to the credit card site and asked for my pdf statement, a small window from Windows 7, at the bottom of the screen, asked my permission to download the pdf file. Didn't do that on the banking site.  · Scroll down the Site Settings screen to find and click the PDF documents option. Next to Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome, click the toggle switch to set to the On or Off position. Chrome downloads a PDF when the toggle switch is set to On and displays a PDF in the browser when set to Off. Close the Settings tab.

When I click on a PDF document, the web site opens up a new tab and puts the PDF in the new tab. From there, I can scroll the PDF and zoom in and out of the PDF. However, Download or View in Preview icons (located bottom center of the page) nothing happens. The file does not download, nor will it open in preview.
